Vitamin D is an essential nutrient that is used to strengthen bones and prevent osteoporosis. Vitamin D is found in some foods such as salmon, milk, and eggs. Even so, there are many factors that influence the level of vitamin D in the body. Here are some things you do not know about vitamin D :

1. Place
