Vitamin D is an essential nutrient that is used to strengthen bones and prevent osteoporosis. Vitamin D is found in some foods such as salmon, milk, and eggs. Even so, there are many factors that influence the level of vitamin D in the body. Here are some things you do not know about vitamin D :

1. Place
The lower the climate of the region, the less sunlight reaching the earth's surface. For that, you will not get a lot of vitamin D from the sun if you live in a climate low. Not only that, the sun also can not give much vitamin D if you are wearing thick.

2. Air Condition

3. Use sunscreen

4. Skin color

5. Weight
